" lovely and relaxing get away for my husband and I as well as our two little dogs. Cloud's Rest is a wonderful home that is truly dog friendly, with a fenced-in back yard and enclosed front porch. Loved being able to watch the waves crashing into the rocks down the hill while enjoying my morning coffee and watching the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening. Each day we ventured to a different trail/ beach and Cloud's Rest was the perfect location for this. App made all check in and communication very easy. 7/2019 5/5 Perfect Getaway, Beautiful Location We had a wonderful anniversary week in this great little house. It was well equipped, and the view was better than advertised. The local trails were beautiful and perfect for us and our little dog. We strongly recommend the San Andreas Fault loop. What an amazing change of scenery it was, just a mile or so from the house. Gualala is just a few miles to the north and has most anything one might need. Fort Ross is about a half-hour drive. And, of course, the coastline and beaches are striking. We went to the top of the lighthouse at Pt Arena - fantastic views. We would definitely stay here again. 05/17/2017 5/5 GREAT VALUE The photo does not exaggerate the beauty of the house nor the view. In addition to the blue water view shown, there is a break in the trees to reveal a white water view. We have been coming to the Sea Ranch for over 40 years and have stayed in many homes. This house is near the top of our list. 06/11/2017 Cute cabin well equipped for our needs as a family of three. walking distance to twofish [bakery], access to hillside trails. The house is kept warm by a gas fireplace as well as individual heaters in each of the two rooms. Spacious loft we used for games and some work. All in all very nice stay, appreciate Coasting Home makes everything easy, loves the app and lockbox check-in, towels and toiletries great rental service. Thanks." B.G. Christmas 2016 "Clean and comfortable home in Sea Ranch! Three of us had plenty of room in this lovely home perched on a hill that received glorious sun all day long. We enjoyed the high end appliances in the kitchen and BBQ on the deck and had all of the comforts of home. It was bonus to be able to walk to Two Fish Bakery and enjoy their sticky buns in the early morning and then spend the whole day hiking to work off the calories!! We will be back soon for sure." B.R.
