Sea Garden is snuggled in between a classic Sea Ranch hedgerow and the wild ocean meadow. Relaxing and gathering is the purpose here, with the open living space flanked by both decks and surrounded by sleeping and study rooms. You’ll want to curl up on the long window seat in the cozy family room, bask in the warmth from the glowing Danish fireplace, or play cards around the sunny dining table.
The tall south-facing windows look out on the spacious deck with a hot tub, flowering plants, BBQ grill and an umbrella table for outdoor meals. Then there’s a north-facing deck with inspiring meadow, ocean, and coastline views where you'll stake a claim to the seats and watch nature on display.
The kitchen is open to the living space, and offers a gas range, dishwasher and all you'll need for your Sea Garden meals.
The roomy master bedroom has a king bed, comfortable seating, slider to the outdoors. The full en suite bathroom is "sunken" with a few steps down from the bedroom level. The bathroom has a walk in shower and soaking tub.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and window seat, and the nearby bathroom has a large shower. There is a half-bath just off the laundry room for easy access from the living space.
After easy walks to Pebble Beach or Black Point Beach–or to the Moonraker pool–you can relax outdoors in the hot tub or bathe in the master bathroom, with its “tea for two” tub and big windows facing the garden.

Maximum occupancy (not including children under 3) shall be 6 (six).
Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in the driveway.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.
The Sonoma County TOT certificate number for this home is 1944.
17.5% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.
