Description
Sea Gate rests in a secluded haven on the bluff north of Gualala. The large three bedroom home is encircled by lovely landscaping, and offers a substantial great room, cook's kitchen and dining space, all opening to the large deck with the hot tub and seating, and all with extraordinary views.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with unique and seasonal plantings. The views are tremendous, thanks to the many rugged outcroppings. As the sea plays against the cliffs and submerged rocks, white water breaks in eye-catching displays from left to right, then back again. Whale watching, sunsets, stormy weather are equally entrancing.
The great room has a large wood burning fireplace and comfortable seating with a large flat screen Smart TV for streaming tv shows and movies. The dining area will accommodate a sumptuous meal. The kitchen is roomy, well equipped and has one of the best views available anywhere!
The master suite has a queen bed, beautiful views, large bathroom with deep tub that also enjoys those amazing ocean views. The bathroom also has a shower, and double vanity. The guest room has a queen bed, and garden views. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds, often combined to a king. The guest bathroom has a tub with shower.
The broad deck includes an outdoor shower near the hot tub, a propane BBQ, lounges and seating, and a picnic table. The grounds just off the deck are inviting and the views beyond seem captivating and timeless.
This home accepts dogs for an additional $65/dog. This home offers internet access.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND RULES
Maximum occupancy shall be 6 (six).
Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway.
Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm and 7am every day.
11% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.

"Staying in such a beautiful and comfortable home in this magical and magnificent area is the best vacation ever! There is so much to do in the area (hiking, lighthouses, beaches, nature gazing) but just relaxing at the Sea Gate house (watching, listening, smelling the ocean while watching for whales and a huge variety of birds) is my favorite. I feel all the stress leaving my body as soon as I see the view and it just gets better from there. Great eateries near by, but creating meals at home is a joy as well with the incredibly well equipped kitchen. And then there is soaking in the hot tub, enjoying a gorgeous sunset or watching a starry night. "Architecturally amazing home. Soft earth color painted walls. Ecclectic and artful furnishings. Tour the yard and discover the multitude of exotic plants and fruit trees. Peaceful seating in several parts of the property. Straight ahead view of the ocean from master bedroom and living room. Roku TV, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Four days was not long enough to enjoy this Gualala home."
"We have been to Sea Ranch/Gualala many times over the years but Sea Gate is our new favorite. The house, the huge yard, the privacy, the hot tub, right on the water and the most amazing sunsets. "What a wonderfully secluded location! The house is spacious and very well equipped, the garden is a gem! There are birds of all kind saying hello and once a day a deer cow and calf came by (I guess they are called deer in this part of the world). The only thing we did not see was the sun. It even was chilly outside so the hot tub came in just perfect. I guess everyone has the weather he deserves.. Nontheless Sea Gate fulfilled perfectly in what we had it planned for - we could wind down and relax and just do nothing."

It was so beautiful and relaxing to enjoy the gorgeous view, beautiful gardens, and spacious great room that they were content to spend our second day hanging around and catching up instead of exploring. We have left each home with a memory, for Sea Gate it was the beautifull landscaping. All the way around the house, from every window you look out to the flowers and greenery. Everything about Sea Gate was wonderfull. All the beds were comfortable, The Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The layout of the home was great. The Ocean view was breathtaking. We had six adults in the house and had more than enough space. Thank you Coasting Home for giving us the opportunity of another great rental home."
